Currently, I'm ripping apart the adjective paradigms in Apertium's Irish analyser. We got a good head start on this, thanks to Kevin Scannell's donation of material from his ga2gd project, but we've got a basic problem with the paradigms. The basic thing is, we need to over generate where Kevin doesn't, and vice-versa.
It's a long and not-particularly fascinating story about what we need to know at the time the words come to the reordering rules, but it's a hell of a lot better than starting from scratch.
